We are the Beachy Head Ramblers. We organise walks all over Sussex.

Welcome to our Website.

The Ramblers is Britain's biggest charity working to promote walking and to improve conditions for all walkers. With 139,000 members in England, Scotland and Wales, we've been working for walkers for 70 years.

The Beachy Head Ramblers group was formed in October 1984. The first meeting was outside the Central Library in Eastbourne. Since then the group has expanded and has over 400 members.

We are a friendly bunch and welcome anyone that would like to join us. We recommend that newcomers to rambling try two or three walks with us before deciding to join.

We generally have 2-3 walks a week; a weekday walk, a Sunday walk and alternate Saturdays. In the Summer the weekday walk is replaced by an evening walk.

Our membership and our walks programme cover a wide area, throughout Sussex and beyond.
